ThosT is aimed at simulating any kinds of heating or quenching processes.
The ThosT software is a product developped from the ThosT Consortium. It is aimed at bringing concrete answers to real industrial needs regarding to optimization of thermal systems. :
- Optimization of the heating/cooking process of the product
- Product Quality Improvement
- Improved energy efficiency
- Consumption Control
- Control of the environmental impact
ThosT 2.0 holds new functionalities and proposes to design new kinds of processes. Moreover, the sense of sustainable development is also included in ThosT through the energy balance.
Electric Furnace
ThosT V2.0 Allows to design electric furnace processes. The add of new ressources allows to take into account electric resistances and all the components used in electric heating process.
Energy balance
A new model has been added in ThosT V2.0 to compute the energy balance of the system. Nox emissions and fuel consumption are available results from now on.
Other evolutions
ThosT V2.0 holds also different improvements, such as the possibility to add pre heated combustive or to add sensors in loads... Discover the main evolutions in ThosT V2.0.
