XimeX V2.1 coming in May 2009
Le logiciel XimeX simuleates all extrusion and mixing processes. XimeX adds more processes to its brand with the XimeX V2.1..
XimeX 2.1 includes two new processes :
- BUSS kneader process
- Continuous Mixing process
The BUSS process simulation allows a better understanding of an elaborated process, with a complex screw movement.
The continuous mixing processes simulation allow to check the good homogeneization of the mixing during the trials or implementations of new formulations (product formulation, materials, equipments...).
XimeX V2.1 includes also new features :
- Particles Impact analysis: with the Advanced Analysis Functions which allow to associate different characteristics (size, shape...) to the particles and to quantify their evolution during the process.
- Import/Export of elements : this new functionnality affords to receive (or send) elements which have already been designed (a pre-tuned batch mixer as an example) to have more fastness and reactivity in the preparation phases
- New Automatic Meshing Tools: lThe automatic meshing tool is now more powerfull : it allows to relaize a more preise meshing on specific area on simulated process
