Our participation to leading edge technologies project assures our customer to benefit from high quality products/services.

FONLIMICS : FUI funding

In this french project, we focus on the dispersive mixing to develop a model of particles dispersion. Ludovic and XimeX are used to simulate the different trials and improve the knowledge in the particles behaviour, taking into account the geometry of the equipment.

LUCOMAX : ANR funding

LucoMax is a french ANR project. It gathers french companies and laboratories in order to propose a model of simulation for the Buss kneader process. It starts in January 2012.

PEPTFlow : European collaborative research project

This european project proposes an innovative approach to track particles in a twin screw extruder equiped with a system of positron emission. An index of mixing efficiency is now available in the Ludovic software.

REALisTIC : ANR foundings

This ANR project is aimed at improving the computation time in numerical simulations for long time process and high dimensions equipments. Benefits of this projects will be brought to the ThosT and Forge software and usefull for all partners of the project.

ThosT : private foundings

This private project gathers a consortium of industrials who want to simulate their heating/quenching processes. SCC in partnership with the CEMEF industrializes a simulation code able to answer such needs.

XimeX : Private foundings

As for ThosT, XimeX gathers industrials in a consortium aimed at the development of a 3D numerical simulation code for extrusion and mixing processes. Now, the consortium is still working and XimeX is a commercialized product which answers to the needs of industrials interesting in the mixing efficiency of their process.
