Our main Research Projects :

The ThosT Project : Thermal Optimization System

The ThosT project gathers companies which desire to improve their heating and quenching processes. The goal of SCC is to provide a software that allows to reproduce all elements dealing with the processes : geometry of furnaces and quenching tanks structure, material and load and all thermal phenomena : convection, radiation...

The ThosT project deals with some important issues such as the product quality, the production quality and its environmental impact (CO2 rejects, energy consumption...).

The ThosT INDUSTRIALS CONSORTIUM is open to every new participants wishing to improve its know-how about thermal systems. Read more...

The XimeX Project : 3D Analysis of Mixing processes

The XimeX software comes from the Ximex Industrials Consortium, with the goal to provide to industrials an efficient and easy to use tool for mixing analysis. The XimeX software analyses continuous and batch processes.

New and innovative technologies used in XimeX (modelling of finite elements by immersion in a single domain...) assures a fast handhover to users.

The specific developments wished by industrials are validated then incorporated in the XimeX Software (free surface, sliding phenomenon, new processes integration...). Read more...
