SCC attends the AMI Compouding world forum on December 9-10, 2014 in Philadelphia.

During the session 2 (dedicated to process & formulation), SCC presents some indeep analysis performed with the Ludovic and XimeX software aimed at identifying the screw profiles regarding to their mixing capabilities.

Peter Mapleston published in the Compouding World Magazine (issue of March 2014) a specific article on the natural fibres use. Indeed, bio-fillers are more and more used for compouding polymers, in order to improve their mechanical properties. In his article entitled "Natural strength : researching renewable reinforcements", P. Mapleston describes how the Ludovic software can be used.
